Yung totoo, ano ang pumapasok sa isip mo kapag nakakarinig o nalaman mo na ang isang tao ay depressed?

SUICIDE. Ayan, all caps. Many people cringe kapag naririnig 'yan. Pero aminin man natin o sa hindi, may ilang tao din ang naiisipan ng gawin iyan. May ilang nagiging successful, pero may ilang sa awa ng Diyos, nakakapagpigil pa ng mga sarili. 

Kaso ang masakit, maraming tao ang humuhusga sa kanila. Ang gasgas na naririnig ko sa iba, sinasabi nilang "mahina" daw sila. Duwag. Hindi marunong humawak ng problema.

Nakakalungkot kasi maraming hindi nakakaintindi. Maraming tao ang nagsasabing "Sus, parang 'yun lang. Ako nga blah... blah... blah..."

Ano ang ending? That person will choose to remain silent and rather not tell anyone about it and worse, dalhin na lamang ito hanggang sa bawiin nila ang sarili nilang mga buhay.

Pero ngayon, kung napadpad ka sa libro na ito, most likely may nararamdaman kang panghihina and I want you to know na hindi ka nag-iisa. Hindi ako kasama sa mga taong manghuhusga sa'yo.
Kakampi mo ako, makikinig ako. Magkwentuhan muna tayo.
