Y/n L/n was a special dreamer.
She could be allowed into others dreams and communicate with them.
In fact , dreams were apart of her jutsus. She never tried to invade any ones personal dreams, but if she saw something wrong while wondering through the endless corridors of dreams in her sleep.
She'd step in and try to fix it, let's take one of her best friends for example, Sasuke Uchiha.
When he had no where to go when his clan was massacred and kept having bad dreams she was there.
Comforting him in his sleep and altering his dreams.
She was the only shinobi to ever exist over dreams.
Which meant she was free to wander into others dreams.
And that's also how she met Gaara.
