In this Dystopian Class Assignment, Ashton and his mentor Rask are forced to make a decision, fight for freedom or hide and never face their problems. One day, the Infinite, a population of extraterrestrial life forms that show no mercy for humans or the Earth they have stolen from them. It is Ashton and Rask's job to save their world from these dangerous beings.

"I've tried telling them I'm only fifteen. That no sane government would force a boy my age to fight crime. 'But Max, you're a superhero! Isn't this what you want?' Actually, no. Two college friends from Berkeley named David and Nathan meet up with Nathan's cousin Raymond in Michigan for duck hunting. Then they got onto a portal towards the distant future, where the world is extremely warm, flooded with only a few islands, and a swarm of giant hybrid animals covers the planet. The surviving humans can only live underwater, and only the hybrid humans live on the ocean's surface with man-made islands. The rest of the journey is the story of how the world came to be, foretold by an elite soldier from the Underwater City to the Duck Hunters. David was the designer of their City, and he was sent back to his time to change the design because their City is near destruction.Complete
Clackers
There is nothing as powerful in life as your first love. When this happens after clacking to a strange new world where people reverse age-let's say it's complicated. Demalynn is a seventeen-year-old girl from a small town who one day hears a loud 'clack' and is transported to the planet Saffire. Naked. Then things really get weird. No child has ever been born on Saffire; clackers make up the entire population. All people who clack under thirty reverse age: each year they grow younger. As an awkward teenager plagued by panic attacks who dabbles in comedy, Demalynn just wants to go home to be re-united with her family. Citizens over thirty grow old and are forced to mine the mineral that powers giant cooling stations to keep the planet habitable. Citizens solve disputes with gladiatorial combat. The prophesy of The Coming In Saffire's time of greatest need, a child will be born to a special woman, the Gravidarum. The child, who has no father of this planet, will be known as the Unum, a child to lead Saffire. The Helper will battle to keep the Gravidarum safe until the Unum is born. The people of Saffire have been waiting to see The Coming fulfilled. Demalynn assembles a group of clackers to get her home, the most important of which is a fellow clacker: eighteen-year-old Aiden. It is not long before Jago, the ruler of Saffire, learns that a woman on Saffire is pregnant and he unleashes all his power to prevent the birth. Jago will not give up power. Demalynn is surprised to find out she is the Helper, but is astounded to learn the identity of the Gravidarum. Demalynn must battle to stay alive and fumbles towards the realization that Aiden is much more than a close friend. She is certain, with the certainty that only a seventeen-year-old can possess, that Aiden is her only true love. Demalynn is desperate to find a way back home until she must make a choice: stay with Aiden on Saffire or go back home and re-unite her family. There's no place like home.Complete

Zachary Dellis is a shitty person. He doesn't like working too hard. He does pay enough attention in class. Even at home he's barely attentive. Being the only hero in the large city of Astmeld, he is kind of relied on. But in comes a newer superhero. More dedicated, more agile. More.... popular and loved. Zach doesn't hide his jealously well either. This hero forces him to step up his game; but it still isn't enough to compete. But when one slip up by the newbie causes a hostile alien to begin her phase 2, the two much join together and take this... what ever it is down before it takes over the city and the galaxy. The Last Time I Saw City Lights
Fear brings out the worst in us, it did to me. The youngest of three brothers is taken hostage by the new-and-unimproved government where he's reunited with his siblings, but only to awaken a different breed of problems born from this new ruling power. IMPORTANT NOTE: this was my 9th grade LA assignment from highschool lmao. I AM NOT A CONSERVATIVE, nor a republican. I'm a far leaning leftist, very much so. The point of the story was to bring up childhood trauma and be all edgy; and the political aspect was just me documenting how conservative people feel. With the whole "gay agenda" and everything. I saw white ppl acting crazy and saying stuff like that a lot as a kid, so I just wrote a lil thang. I realize that this aged horribly. Horribly. Um.
