Justin Weaver, The Boogeyman a seventeen year old killer. And the cousin of the famous Jeff the Killer....Justin when it all started tried to help Jeff, but found himself bullied himself and eventually, his house burned down and he was the only survivor. That was as soon as Jeff became Jeff the Killer, he became The Boogeyman, a ruthless killer like Jack the Ripper. Justin has a brown cap, a black jacket with a black shirt underneath. Black pants black boots and a white mask with nothing, his weapon. A curved dagger...he is a deadly man if he is wanted in nearly every country in the world.
