Alli Jo Jace's life was horrid living in Sanders Foster Home, with no real knowledge of the outside world. Of course, she was home schooled, but so many things were still being kept from her. The day Miss Sanders pushed her over the edge she realized what she could do. Alli Jo always knew she was different, but never expected this. She never understood her unrealistic power to control the elements. Fire, water, earth, and air. Well at least not until she met the rest. Her power to control the elements apparently is one of the strongest. But also the most valuable. Only then did Alli Jo find out the dangers of her "Katara" or curse, as her new friends call it. She needs to stay hidden or hunters will find her. If they do she will be pushed beyond her limits to stay alive..
