In February of 3037, the Korean government gave a group of scientists permission to experiment on groups of teenagers from country towns around Seoul, with the aim of giving them unnatural powers. The first batch was of 20, where it was a complete and utter failure, with the subjects either dying or losing control. The second batch was smaller with 12 subjects, 9 out of 12 subjects were a success and now they live relatively normal lives as teenagers in their hometowns. 

The third batch is of 7, the scientists were confident with this batch, this is the third batch's story.
