Isabella Pickens is Evans High's perfect girl. She has perfect grades, she works to help suport her family of her father and herself. She tries her hardest and she will never say that she hates her life with her father. The truth is her father is a maniac. He is not a good guy and Isabella has been living alone with him for seven years. Things start looking up for Isabella until Gabriel Jackson shows up. She has a reason to be cold to him, but he doesn't understand. She doesn't want to repeat the same mistake twice. She doesn't want to be close to him, but she can't seem to get away either.
WARNING: this story deals with abuse and I just wanted to warn ahead of time.
I wrote this a long time ago and I'm just now going back to rewrite the whole thing. Sorry if you like it the way it was before but I felt like I finished the story too quickly.

Just so you know this y/n is emotionless and shows little to none interest in people.
