Ten year old Kiara is injured by a stray werecat that was trespassing on her Pride's territory. Soon her Alpha/father finds out that Toms throughout the free zone are on the prowl for a Tabby. Tabbies were only Pride born and without breaching the Pride territories and defeating all the enforcres that would give their life for their Pride's Tabby no stray would possess a Tabby. Trying to steal a Tabby from a Pride was suicide on you own; without an army. Soon Kiara's life is turned upside down when she is kidnapped from school by an ambitious young stray named Steven. Steven shows her how free life away from the Pride is but that freedom has a price. Will Kiara be able to have her freedom in her Pride when she is returned to it?
