This is the story of two boys that are, by some reason or another, stranded in the ever violent border city of Juarez. their struggles take place in an intensely dramatic and picturesque background, while focusing on the atrocious internal challenges that plague both boys. all the while, they escape the monsters of their day through the sanctity of the rooftop; where the laugh, cry, learn, and experience a world unique and tangible only to them.

Fear brings out the worst in us, it did to me. The youngest of three brothers is taken hostage by the new-and-unimproved government where he's reunited with his siblings, but only to awaken a different breed of problems born from this new ruling power. For if the bloodthirsty are not stopped, they would lose everything they grew up to meet and everything they would like to be in the future days to come. Cecilia was not always the strong girl. She was the cute and sweet type, but in certain circumstances we discover certain parts of ourselves we never knew we had. She had this strong will of never giving up and with this she fights for her country and the lives of the ones she holds dear. Will she and her friends be able to win this war?
