A young hacker and theater enthusiast successfully earns a spot in a secret organization of cybercriminals, but then regrets her decision when she finds that their ideals do not align with hers after all and that the group's mysterious leader is hiding a dark secret. (Written in 10 installments that will update once a week. Probably) This is a prose version of my senior project because I wanted to get back into writing prose and needed something to flex my muscles on. Might feature bonus content and scenes that were cut from the final version maybe possibly. The walls between heaven, hell, and earth no longer exist. There are no more rules, and humans are becoming extinct. Only the strong and the clever will survive. The fate of the world rests on their shoulders. Jacob is missing after sending off his last true tie to earth; into the hands of the devil. Lucifer is fighting for control over a land he despises. The crew is hiding out in faery just trying to survive. Can Jacob save the day? Does he even want to? In this last installment of Jacob's broken mercenaries. All the answers will come to fruition. In a world where you're either the hero or the villain. Lucifer lies heavily in the latter category, but to Tally (behind his wall of indifference), he's just normal. Maybe a little selfish. She desires him and understands him like no other. Does that make her evil, too? How will this story end? There's so many questions, and only two possible outcomes are definite. The end or a new beginning.
