Dylan was the type of kid who had everything going his way. Straight As, Lacrosse scholarship, and a full ride to Harvard. However all of that changes when he is diagnosed with osteosarcoma in his left leg. Alexander, on the other hand, had nothing. He came from a crappy household, and was bullied until a suicide attempt changed him for good. Alexander was soon diagnosed with serve depression and an eating disorder. What will happen when these two meet at St. Andrew's children hospital?

He's also an orphan, and he's been bouncing around foster homes since he was about 11. In all of them, he's been abused, one way or another.
