The one who doesn't belong is a story about a girl who has a personality disorder called Obsessive Impulsive Disorder is something she was born with. She has a constant obsession with things as for Her crush, Washing her hands until they are raw, Doubting that she locked the doors and turned off the stove, etc.
In other words, she doesn't act herself. If she is around people who act "trendy and cool" Then she herself does the same. If she is around quiet people she does the same. Any type of personalities of people she is around, she will change herself to meet their personality. This also includes what environment she is in. Forsay the gym, she acts sporty
