DISCLAIMER: The Laura in this story will be my version of Laura after the events of the movie LOGAN and if she was in the care of Mariko Yashida in the world of Boku no Hero Academia.
After the events of "Logan". Laura left to Japan to figure out what to do with her life.
She meets Mariko Yashida (finding out she is Logan's past love interest) and decides to live with her. Mariko taught Laura how to speak English and Japanese, also understanding Japanese culture.
Mariko enrolled Laura into U.A. High School, suggesting her to take the hero course.
