In this book, Orange and Blue pack there bags and move to a different apartment so it's easier to get to the new Inkopolis square. They meet Blue's old cousin greenish (who he hates) and his girlfriend Pinkly. Orange and Blue basically just explore the square and they get cool new hairdos.
