In a fantasy world like this, there are few ways to make it big: kill a dragon, save a princess, win a fighting tournament. But there is one definite way to win fame. 

Be a general. 

Now, for an ambitious young lamia this looks easy. But when you can't even get out of bed in the morning, how are you going to travel half the country?

Well, meet Rinire.

Traveling, drinking, and maybe a bit of punching are all in the plan. She spent half her life training, and is finally ready for fame and glory, but when it's close enough to touch something always goes wrong. Whether her OP friend steals her kill or she wakes up with an open wound and a hangover, it's always out of reach. Until now.
