This is not the story of Clary Fairchild but of Clarissa Morgenstern
Clarissa and her older brother Jonathan live hidden in Idris with their father Valentine. Trained from birth the both of them are deadly and armed. When Jocelyn runs away Clarissa is given her first mission, to travel to the LA institute as Clary Fray and most importantly to find her mother. But with an eager golden haired boy wanting to know this mysterious girls secrets and her brothers patience wearing thin it will be much more difficult than she thought.

"Your brother is going to be furious when he realises you left without saying good bye" My father said in a serious tone.

"Get your mother back and into my arms Clarissa" He said in a determined but encouraging voice.

"I trust that you will not let me down" He said in a warning tone

"I won't father" I said reassuring him while walking towards the portal. The sound of gushing water filled my ears. The water was cold but welcoming.

"And remember" he said as I was fading from existence "You are your brothers, no one else's. You do well to remember that because the consequences will be deadly"

He sounded exactly like Jonathan. The both of them were so similar.

I would remember, how could I forget. I was torn between what I wanted and what my brother and father wanted for me.

I could run away and hide with mother. I could come back and be congratulated by father and be wedded to Jonathan.

That was a decision I would have to come to make. Later.

Having grown up together, the four of them made a promise that whenever they go on a mission, four go in and four come out. Join them as they fight to keep that promise when their world is turned upside down by the introduction of Clary Fairchild, the fiery daughter of the biggest threat to the Shadow World, Valentine Morgenstern. Also, I still suck at descriptions but we're not surprised.)

„You left me, to enter the dark side. Do not even try to be close to me." Jace said when I came in to apologize. The tears were forming in my eyes. I gave him a nod and slowly left the room. „Only if you would understand my reason for it..." I whispered and left his room. Jace and I will never be the same again...
