Three years after the murderous clown reigned terror on the small town of Derry and the young losers, Eddie Kaspbrak and Anastasia Bowers move towns, after his mom dies in a fatal heart attack, and Henry kills Anna's father, they're all each other have left. But because they're only sixteen, and no family members are stepping up to claim them, they're forced into adoption agencies, and forced apart, but not willing to give each other up, they move through all hell to be reunited once more.
