This is a year after Benny pickled the beast "Hercules" and a year after Scotty Smalls and his sister Riley and family moved into the Valley. Both Smalls and Riley are on the Sandlot team. After a year of being on the Sandlot together, Benny and Riley have gained feelings for each other. Benny is known to only care about baseball but Riley changed that, now Benny cares about Riley and baseball. But what will happen when Jack, Riley's ex-boyfriend moves to the Valley and vows to get Riley back? Who will she choose? Benny or Jack?
(Benny and Riley have been together since the Fourth of July night game.)
