"Winners train, Losers complain"

"Basketball isn't just a sport, it isn't just my passion. Its the blood that runs within me, its the fire that keeps me going. I breathe it and live it. Its my freedom and when i'm on the court i'm no longer Yousef, I'm no longer an unwanted Asian kid. I am a king, and the game is my kingdom."

Yousef Islam is a seventeen year old Asian teenager who "Struggles" with school- isolating himself in his own world of basketball, struggling as a student with a mind that seems to digest knowledge as if it's nothing. It's not that he struggles with studies rather he struggles with friendships.
Girls hate him for some reason and guys always seem to stab him in the back .

Yet when faced with his final year at Silverleaf college, he's determined to finally make the team. Not simply as a player but rather the Captain. Yet when he unexpectedly meet's an old rival and his past starts appearing will he be able to be a victor in the game he loves so much.

Nerd is what they call him at school.
King is what they call him on the court.
