You are 16, you are in sophomore year, you are not emo, you are a cross country runner, snowboarder, you live with your dad and step-mom, you are 6'5", and you had a few girl friends. You have had sex before. You are currently single and not ready to mingle. You had just broken up with Bella March, the pull vaulter in our school, and did I mention, the most popular girl in your high school. Even seniors dated her some where even scared of her. Things ended on bad terms, you couldn't handle everyone being afraid of you, so you decided to break up with her. All of the sports teams hated you, except the cross country running. That's not it either you lost all but four of your closest friends. Your friends are Sean, Brite, Alexandre, Jordan, and their girlfriends.

Zero Morikawa~
She has just turned 16, is a new student at your school, she is emo and is treated like it, she wants to join cross country, lives with her older brothers, is 5'5", and has only had one boyfriend. She all but two classes with you. She keeps to herself. Everyone hates her, even the freshmen. She has no friends. She has a dark past that no one knows.

What happens when your homeroom teacher makes the decision to have an all year partner, you can't chose who it is, and it is girl-boy partners. The teacher, Mr. Adams, says that you and Zero will being working with each other. And to make it all worse your project together is where you two have be "married, have jobs, and have kids". This project is suppose to last for the whole year, and Mr. Adams will being having you present how it's going every week.
