The ghostly town of Blood Gulch wasn't very well known and wasn't very populated, until a local crime lord decided to call the town home. Along with many residents of the neighboring city of Chorus coming to Blood Gulch after a large hurricane destroyed much of the larger city. Washington, the chief of the BGPD, is set to lead the Red Squad and Blue Squad against the local mafia, the Federation.
