3 years had passed since Frisk sacrificed herself to free the monsters.

Now humans and monsters live together on the surface, though some monsters preferred staying in underground

The once "Its kill or be killed" Motto had now ceased as the monsters learned about frisk's sacrifice and had been replaced with the motto "Always be kind" as a show of respect for frisk.During the first year the monsters first came to the surface,Trials and problems we're appearing non-stop it as the years passed by humans and monsters have now learned to live together.

Alot may have changed as time passed,But there was one thing that remained unchanged,One person who frisk was not able to save.
The one person who had been grieving for her death each day that had passed.

And that person was sans.

{COMPLETED} It has been just two weeks since the event that changed Papyrus' life forever. Too late, it seems, he realized what he had. And now that it is gone, he has fallen to pieces. How, or if, he will be able to cope, he truly does not know. And as if that wasn't enough, there are countless mysteries in store for this burdened skeleton-- coming from people he thought he could trust, and in places he thought that he knew. Will Papyrus ever be able to solve the mystery behind this devastating chain of events? Or will he, too, fall prey to the ever-expanding void that is engulfing the souls of himself and everyone around him? PLEASE NOTE: This book is the second in its series. It contains major spoilers to the first book, as well as this book may not make much sense without having read it first. So, if you want to keep the excitement of the first book without any major spoilers, I HIGHLY suggest going and reading that first. It is titled Your Fault. (Complete)Eighteen years ago, Frisk left the Underground, but there was another barrier to face before the monsters were freed. When Frisk comes back as an adult though, she must pass tests that 'destroy her human soul' in order to save the monsters, and Toriel won't allow it. Banished and unable to return, Frisk is stuck back on the surface. Knowing that freedom can only be won with 'humanity', Sans goes to the surface to trade Frisk some of his 'monster' for her 'humanity', so he can help too. However, neither of them know where these tests will lead . . . or how far the truth really goes. A barrier is more than a gateway . . .
