In a parallel reality, where peoples lives are filled with violence and danger, an extraordinary power is given to the hands of a simple teenage boy. Unsure whether this gift is a curse or a blessing, Jake begins a journey to decide whether to fight for good and bring down the corrupted parliament that rules, or use his power to destroy the city he once called home.

Resolution follows the life of Jake, a teenage boy from a parallel reality, where corruption has consumed the lives of the people. Gang violence is an everyday occurrence, and law and order has long since been abandoned.
