In meiner Geschichte „Ich bin dein Freund!“ geht es um zwei Jungen, die es in ihrem Leben beide nicht leicht haben. Jon, Außenseiter, entflieht dem Alltag in Tagträumen. In der Schule wird er von seinen Mitschülern und auch von den Lehrern fertig gemacht. Seine Eltern sind auf Grund ihres Jobs fast nie daheim, deswegen ist er immer allein. Da kommt ein Neuer in die Klasse: Felix, Einzelgänger, wünscht sich nichts sehnlicher, als einen Freund. Jemanden, der ihm zuhört und für ihn da ist. Außer seiner Mutter, die wegen einem schweren Schicksalsschlag sich nicht um ihn kümmert, hat er niemanden. Er weiß nur zu gut, wie es ist, allein zu sein. Jon und Felix werden Freunde, Felix beschützt Jon vor den Mitschülern und Jon bringt ihn wieder mit seiner Mutter zusammen.Toate drepturile rezervate

something i'd love to publish one day. after some hefty editing tho aha. intercept: Felix found himself very invested in Alice's daily visits. He was spending extra time getting ready in the morning. He had only a few inches of light brown wavy hair on top of his head and very little on the sides, yet he was spending his mornings making sure it laid in the perfect spot and looked just messy enough to act like he didn't care. He was setting out his clothes at night so that his jeans wouldn't have wrinkles in them. He was brushing his teeth for double as long as he normally would. He even invested in some floss. When he would go downstairs to Mugz, he would make sure to put on the cleanest Mugz sweater he had. He started sweeping more. Especially around the time she would be in, if only to be out in the lobby with her instead of having to talk over the counter. Alice was the same as always. She was very good at not showing an effect that his words had on her if she didn't want to. Any time she would say something suggestive or bold, Felix would find himself blushing or stuttering, but on the rare occasion that Felix would try to be as bold, she would just grin and laugh. It took him a while to ensure that she was laughing with him and not at his lousy attempts at banter.
