08/2024 UPDATED DISCLAIMER: *Hi, Holly (the author) here! I am still amazed that 6 years later, people are still finding their way to this story. I started this story when I was just 16 years old, so this goes without saying, the writing is not the greatest. I fully intend on slowly updating the chapters. I am impressed that my 16 year old self could put together an entire book with somewhat of an intriguing plot line. But when you read this story, do keep in mind that a 16 year old wrote this. I wanted to thank everyone for their interest in The Prime Minister's Wife. Thank you for giving me and my writing a chance. I also wanted to quickly say, I do not have an editor, so while going through this book as a now 22 year old, I wanted to apologize to those who have caught mistakes or possible plot holes. I have made the decision to rewrite a lot of the story. -- 'You're no good for me.' My voice is trembly as I stumble back through the threshold of the glass door. His comforting hand catches me just as I'm about to fall, and I'm terrified, he might of caught me physically, but didn't catch me emotionally. Because I'm completely and utterly in love with this man, and it's wrong. "I know," he says as he continues to inch closer towards me. -- Virginia is smitten with her husband, Oliver. Who happens to be the Prime Minister of Canada. She thought she was content with her life, a loving husband, food on the table, a home to call hers. Until she crossed paths with the President of the United States during a meeting between him and her husband. She tries to deny the attraction and will do anything to rid herself of these feelings that leave her feeling guilty. Joel Lowe, the President, was not expecting to lust after another man's wife, but here he is. He will do everything in his power to stay away, but fate is a damned thing.
