Rosalie Greene has pinned over her older brother's best friend since her freshman year of high school. In her eyes, there is no other guy. Just Sebastian Burns. Yet he has shot her down each and everytime she has a made a move without fail. He flaunts his conquests in her face, and denies feeling anything romantically for her. Rosalie is determined to make Seb see that she is the girl for him-up until her sophomore year of a college. Seb and her brother, David, are graduating, and a drunken fight between the two leads her to realize how close minded she has been. How many opportunities she has lost, how many heartbreaks she has unnecessarily suffered. And she's finally ready to let go of her first love.
Sebastian Burns knows his best friends little sister is in love with him. He's always known. She is beautiful, wickedly smart, courageous, has a rocking bod, and has a sense of humor to die for. Her brother has even approved of them dating- but Seb isn't ready for a relationship yet. And he tries to make that as clear as he possibly can. He grows annoyed with her constant advances, and one fight on his college graduation day leads to the two not speaking for two years. But during that time thinks about her more than he'd like...and Seb knows how strong Rosalie's feelings are for him. They won't disappear. And then she moves in with her brother David-Seb's next door neighbor. And she's not the same- even more beautiful, more confident- and much, much less interested in Sebastian.
And Seb does not like that. He doesn't like it one bit.
