Her best friend of the sends her a single gumdrop in the mail each week, and Jennifer never forgets her. Many years later, Jennifer decides to fly back to her hometown in California, hoping she will finally be reunited with her friend. Upon her return, she finds something tragic has happened. This isn't related to this story but, Hi i'm Kate. this is my first fully written story, though its only a short story i'm very proud of myself for fully committing to one theme and finishing it. This short story is very over dramatic and complicated because its my first story but I hope you enjoy. Description: "What are your summer plans?" My teacher asks the class.
