They number in the hundreds. An organization unrecognized by the government, yet it has existed since ancient times, and continues to hunt demons even to this day. The rest of humanity then began hunting down the 52 card users with extreme violence, but since a card would randomly pass to another person in the world, they began imprisoning them. Years past, now in modern-day, a boy hurt and scared because of the hunt for the card wielders, blames the gods and so the Devil bestowed upon him their card.
