All throughout history, the Doctor, the lone survivor of the Time War, is known for traversing through time and space, going on terrifying adventures and defying death. But what happens when he finds a mysterious young woman with two hearts and memory loss? There is a secret hidden deep inside the corridors of Henry van Statten's underground research facility. A secret that could potentially change the Doctor's world as he knows it. __________________________ Disclaimer: In no way at all do I intend to claim any of the existing characters in this story as my own. This is simply fan fiction. All original characters in this story are my own and any relation to other characters is purely coincidental. For clarity, the story takes place with David Tennant playing the Tenth Doctor, but the first chapter is set in season 1 episode 6, 'Dalek', in Henry van Statten's underground bunker. I am choosing to be creative through this story and some characters may not appear purely because that's the way I've written it. I also have no hate at all for our girl Rose, she is and will always be my favourite companion, but I was inspired to write a story like this. So the Doctor does not meet Rose in this story, but instead embarks on a journey where this companion has some interesting surprises in store. I also want to state that at this point in time, I have not finished watching Doctor Who, so my writing might not be as story-accurate. No hate. If this isn't what you enjoy, then don't read it.
