Lyra Blackwood has been on her own. Either from her parents dieing to protect her or born a rouge. Wolf packs that she avoids like the plague or the humans that she prefers not to involve herself with. The creatures she does encounter are wilds or prey for food or when she takes a human job to pay for her property, housing costs, clothes, and food. In fact she has a pack of wilds that guard her land.
She has no need for a mate nor does she want one. All she wants to do is be left alone with her wilds.
