Mileena dies after 3 years of scavenging and surviving in the zombie apocalypse.

She wakes up again to find that she's now a vampire. Something she didn't even know existed.

Her creator never tell her his name, but trains her on how to be a vampire and survive on blood.

When her creator tells her that vampires are on the brink of starvation due to humans dying out, Mileena goes on a journey to pretend she's human and gather all the remaining survivors around the world.

Will she complete her quest, or will someone prevent her from doing so along the way?

And will she find someone she thought was long dead?
