Telling the people of Callun City to calm down would be a fatal mistake. They are living in fear as everyone around them keeps getting plucked from the ground they stand on and brutally killed. Nobody knows why. Quite frankly nobody knows how to even find out. Once these strange events started happening, it was a chaotic mess throughout the town and it seemed no one really wanted to find out. But for Everly May, she's lost everything and she is willing to risk her own life to get to the bottom of this mess. And what she finds and who she meets will surprise her. This is not a normal occurrence and she will soon find that out. With the strength of the town on her shoulders, she's hoping to make it through this nightmare city.

A murderous pack trespassed onto their land and took one after another down, soon enough, Harmony was surrounded by blood of her friends, lifeless bodies surrounded her. She was kept alive but not for pleasant reasons as the alpha of the murderous pack, Alpha Dominic decided to keep her as a punching bag for his anger. She becomes malnourished, weak and mute. After about 2 and a half years of dealing with this Alpha Dominic someone whisks her away again as her second mate as she was rejected before. They have their ups and downs but nothing is compared to what they have in stored, the new roller coaster they must ride to have a happily ever after, if you can call it that. I know the book starts slow, that's how I wanted it to be, to build to the exciting parts. It may be a drag, I know but it'll be worth it when the book speeds up with the roller coaster that Harmony has to ride, so to speak. Give it time and it'll spike your interest.
