In an apocalyptic world of the near future, a virus intended to be used as biological warfare in the Middle East has escaped into the general population and has destroyed 75% of the Earth's citizens. Those left are of three veins: struggling to survive in hiding, attempting to restore world order, or lowered to their very base instincts of rage and violence.
