"I want to go away." I say raising my voice for the first time since I've been here.
The back of his hand collides with my cheek throwing me to the floor.
He growls and I cower before him.
"Why are you so mean to me! I am your mate!" I desperately shout.
He chuckles darkly as he walks to me slowly.
"All you have done is act like a monster." I shout crawling away from him.
"I am a monster just like you are my dear." A wicked smirk is plastered on his face.
My coal black eyes widen as I shake my head looking into his Icy blue eyes. "No I am not a monster." I whisper.
"You are a monster, a pathetic monster but still a monster." He states calmly as he kicks at my feet.
I look up at him "Why? Why are you like this. "
"Runt, I am a king of beast. King of dragons and you wonder why I am cold? My very power is ice."
He grabs hold of my shoulders and lifts me up as his face nears mine.
"And I am going to enjoy freezing your heart."

Again I just stayed there. He then got off me and went behind a tree. He came out with shorts on. "I.said.shift", he growled angrily. I shifted and started to yell at him. "Your not my alpha. I don't follow orders. If you want a submission mate then go to another girl. I didn't even want a mate nor did I want to be in a situation like this", I growled. "I am your alpha and I am your mate. You have to listen to me. I don't want no other girl besides you. You are my mate and your gonna deal with it", he growled back. "No, I could always reject your sorry ass", I scoffed. "Grab that plate and throw it on the floor." I told him, handing him a plate. "Why am I---" "Just do it!" I yelled, trying to hold back the tears. He looked at me and took the plate from my hand, making careful moves so he didn't touch the tips of my fingers. "Throw it on the ground." I told him. I watched as he threw it down on the ground, pieces of one of my moms plates going everywhere. "Okay. Now what?" He asked me, a hint of impatience in his voice. I walked up to him so we were old inches apart, our noses almost touching. It would be so easy to just kiss him right now.... "Now say your sorry." I whispered to him, letting a tear slip. I felt his gentle hands wrap around me and pull me in closer. Our foreheads touched as he whispered the faithful words, "I'm sorry." I pulled away from him, making sure I didn't cut myself on the sharp shards of glass. "Did it go back to the way it was before?" I asked him, angry tears rolling freely down my face now. How could he do this to me? I am--was--his mate. He looked at me with a sad expression and then looked down. Strangled, he whispered, "No." "Do you understand now how my heart broke when I found out?
