Jessica Clarke wakes up in the hospital one day, scared and confused. Two strange men sit beside her, informing that her that she was involved in a dangerous attack, ending in her torture...and her auntie's death. A strange man interrupts them, with talk of a magical school and an organization called the Order Of The Phoenix, which she both must now attend.

With strange visions causing her time at Hogwarts to turn to turmoil, Professor Dumbledore gives her a mission in which she must succeed if she is to protect whom she loves. However, when a law promises to get in her way, she must choose between what is right...and what is easy.
