Bruce Wayne, unable to cope with the tragic loss of his family, invented the false persona of The Batman. He has fallen victim to his own delusion, and is slowly dying from lack of nutrition in a mental hospital. Concerned for his employer's well being, Wayne's butler Alfred has enlisted the help of Dominic Cobb and his team to perform inception as a last ditch attempt to get Wayne to reject his alter-ego. But once inside Wayne's mind, things start going wrong.
