Haunted by mysterious woman

This is a story about a family who's lives are perfect until one night, they get a strange box. That box changes their lives forever , they have to move out but that's not all one of the family members dies. Which causes the family to start taking actions and getting to the bottom of what really is happening to their family and lives.
