Nightmares

Colton Ryan thought that he wasn't anything other than ordinary.

With average looks, average skills and average grades; his estimation wasn't one that would seem to be highly inaccurate. But somehow it was.

Strange things have been happening to him lately. He completely forgets large periods of times, he has dreams where people die by his hands, and on the night of his eighteenth birthday he woke up in a bed full of someones blood.

These weren't things that happened to ordinary people. These were things that happened to people who were deranged, psychotic or simply not normal. Although Colton found it difficult to connect these strange occurrences with anything prominent.

Until, like a wave of unnerving emotions, it suddenly clicked.
