How to be a Werewolf 101: Getting bitten was the easy part. Controlling the shifts that come after? Not so much. It'd been a long, hard road for you once you were bitten, never quite being able to control the shift even now, almost a year later.You were always told that Beacon Hills would hold a handful of people willing to drop everything to come an help you, no matter the situation, all you had to do was let them know, and they'd be there. So far you hadn't had to ask a single time.
But when pride becomes a bigger issue, and the war raging inside of you becomes more and more of a losing battle, you find yourself having to let go, and give in, putting your trust in others once again, instead of yourself, and believing they will do what is best for you, no matter what.

The day she was turned, a mark appeared on the base of her neck, replacing the nasty bite. She had no clue what it was, a confusing black triskele with a bunch of letters around it. She tried to ignore it, until she met Derek and Laura Hale when she was 16, and everything fell into place. Lyrica and Derek move from their happy home in Ohio back to the place that brought Derek so much pain, when his older sister, Laura, calls for help. Lyrica and Derek were never used to being around a lot of people. So, understandably, they're a little overwhelmed when so many teenagers begin relying on them. //Hello! Don't Let Me Go
You will need a tub of cookie dough for this... Trust me. This story is set following the events of Motel California, episode six of Teen Wolf Season 3. From then there is total canon divergence, becoming a sort of AU fic as I imagine Scallison through of the lens of some incredibly rough times (content warnings below). Werewolves and the paranormal still play a part in this story though. Not the best sell, but I've always been awful at summaries, that line above used to be the only description. This fic began August 9th, 2013, spurred upon two angels I met in the Teen Wolf fandom. I stopped posting regularly in 2014, as high school become more hectic and I struggled with my mental health. The last story update was in 2015 and unfortunately I was inadvertently extra cruel by leaving a five-year long cliffhanger. With a promise to conclude the story in Feb 2016 by way of chapter-but-not-really post, I'm the worst because it's actually 2020 when I wrote the final chapter. Thank you for reading. I will never be able to thank all of you enough for reading. The writing quality and typos can be attributed to young age and primarily writing these chapters on my phone at 2 am, seriously. This story was always just something for fun that I wrote for two wonderful friends. I made small changes in the story that I couldn't stand to live on, basically the typos that pained me too much to leave upon re-reading, but overall it's still the writing of someone very young, so please be kind.
