-This the first fanfic I've ever written and i don't have much experience. I love criticism and am always trying to get better, but it may take a while so please be patient with me.
Always stand back up. No matter how beaten and bloody you may be, stand. Do that and you will always reach your goal in the end.

This is the creed my parents taught me to follow, even before my quirk manifested at the young age of four. Even though I never got to know them very well, these words always remained in my head as the only memoir I had of them.

Yeah, yeah; it's the 'my parents are dead and I shall avenge them' cliché right? Except this time getting vengeance would be pretty damn hard, since it would be against a person i should not harm by any means: myself.
Y'see, my parents weren't the best at parenting, always letting the fame of their heroing get to their heads. Coupled with the biggest asshole of a big brother you can imagine and the bullies at school, I couldn't take it and lost control of my quirk a few days after it manifested causing my family to be burnt down to ash.
But now I've found a new family: Haruhiko Haise, the man that raised after my family could not. He  taught me how to control my Quirk so that the tragedy of  my childhood would not repeat itself again.

(Okay, looking back, I noticed I tried WAY too hard on this intro and that it's pretty lame so sorry about that. Pls don't kill me I try my best I swear)

But when the villains attack, her classmates become worried - In this AU they have markings of were their soulmate will touch them, during an important moment. for example if its to grab their hand after making a promise, then there will be a hand print on their palm. However, the mark is black, and you only get your mark when you turn 14. When the moment happens, the mark begins to glow and from then on is their hair color. However the soulmate thing won't pop up in the story for a while because people tend to ignore it. It is a thing you only talk about with people close to you. Yet, one student in particular seemed to catch your eye. An ash haired boy, who has a HUGE temper and ego, and is set on becoming the #1 hero. Huh, a cocky bastard and a outcast.
