'Running With the Night' is the prologue in my ongoing series, Moon.
Moon's life was perfect. She was to grow up to be the alpha of her pack, with her two friends by her side. But when the pack leaves on one of their long hunts, Moon's obsession with water costs her and her friends a change that they cannot turn back from. Drifting further and further from the life they once knew, they meet the cats of Arcturia, where they try to learn how to fit in.
Moon still needs to know what happened to her and her friends that night, for it could change everything. But more answers lead to more questions, with one standing out the most -
Who can really be trusted?

Blossompaw is the apprentice to Crystalwing, the medicine cat of AirClan, but even with such an important role, she always feels ignored. Everyone swoons over her, sympathising with her, caring for her, when all she wants is for cats not to do that, to listen. However, when StarClan tell her of this evil, she may get the chance to prove herself to everyone. Rockpaw feels like an outcast, everyday being hated on by his Clanmates for seeing things differently. So when the chance to prove them wrong comes up, he doesn't give it a second thought. But the evil still resides, and Rockpaw might know more about it then he's letting on, even to himself. Greyshard, as a former kittypet, has always thought of life in the Clans as challenging. For her, everything seems to go wrong. Every plan, every schedule, every patrol - ends up in a disaster, and its always because of her.
