After World War Three an organization called KASKADA divides each state in the USA into three sections. Now they need soldiers to protect the two most important sections, but where from? They kidnap. LYNN: She is kidnapped and put through a series of grueling tests, all the while with one goal. Finding her little sister. CHRIS: He desperately tries to save Lynn from the fate that awaits her, but that isn't easy in a place where everything he does has a toll on the girl he loves. CARTER: A former KASKADA member struggling to start anew after he flees the organization that is trying to kill him. Authors note: To be continued... I will try to regularly update story. This a world that draws from the familiar, but creates questions and mysteries around the forces at play. It opens the door on a future that is simultaneously hopeful and burdensome as Rachel is forced to figure out how to find balance and harmony from within.
