Ryan was your average high school junior. She was looking at colleges, hoping to become a nurse. All she ever wanted was to help people. Then, the night before her 17th birthday, her father died in a car accident right outside her home. 

Depression took its hold on her and refused to let go. She started to hurt herself in any way she could. That was until Ashton happened. 

Ashton didn't know Ryan. He was just a volunteer at the hospital Ryan was held at. He was told to go check on but to be careful with what he said if she was awake, she was a cutter and suicidal.

Looking into the room he saw a beautiful girl. Blonde hair, blue eyes, tan, tall. She was up and moving. But that's when he felt it. 

Could Ashton even save her from her own demons? Was Ryan even worth saving though?

Bella thought her life was coming to the end , having the responsibility to protect her family at the age of 17. This is the only thing she has left in her life. The worst thing to her would be moving back and remembering her horrible past and now having to start over again. Letter Writers Series: Book 1 Dear Luke, Do you know how annoying friends can be? I Suppose you must, considering you live with your three best friends. Anyway, I don't want to do this, but my friends are making me. I don't want to bother you with my personal life, and honestly, the only reason I'm doing this is because I doubt you'll ever actually read these. Lyra's lucky number is two. Why? She has two parents. Neither care for her. She has two friends. They're the reason she doesn't cut. In the last two months things between Lyra and her parents have gone from bad to worse. It only took her friends two days to realize this. And it only took two weeks for them to come up with the Letter Project: She would draw two names out of the bag and choose one. Lyra will write two letters and after that she will have two weeks to decide whether she will continue to write the letters or not.
