Thousands of years ago, two brothers stood on opposite sides of the battlefield, one fought for peace while the other wanted violence. They were a set of twins who were raised by their separated parents after a law had been broken and one was taken to live in the mountains while the other grew up in the peaceful lands of their kings and queens. The one who lived like royalty was the younger of the twins while the one who lived in isolation was the oldest, both of them struggled not seeing one another and snuck out all the time up until their eleventh birthday as they took the gift of loyalty. Both of them were afraid to separate but knew if they disobeyed the gods, there was a potential chance one of them would lose something dear to them... Years Later... A new enemy threatens the peace of New York after a battle which was too intense leaving not only Leonardo fataly injured but bringing about news of two secret brothers living amongst the walls of the city. This enemy wants to rid of the brothers and seek out the golden throne that possesses a powerful magic which will help them take over the world. While the turtles try to work out who the brothers are, two of them experience strange visions which links to what is being spoken about. Soon they realise who the brothers are and why they are being hunted down. Together the rest of the allies and the turtles find out the truths to who they are and how they can stop what is coming for them all. Plus Leonardo finds out some very exciting news from his partner, yes Raphael may have some personal news. Warnings: Male Pregnancy Abuse, Torture, Blood, Violence, Smut. The legend of Shredder and foot clan turned out to be real but there could be hope. The last hope of defence is young mutant turtle, who's life just changed, and not for the better. (Better story inside.) This is AU story. There mutants and humans live together but the relationship between them isn't the best. Leonardo is painted turtle. Raphael is red eared slider. Donatello is razorback musk turtle. Michelangelo is chinese softshell turtle. I write warning here so it won't be a shock: turtles aren't truly brothers and Splinter is only a sensei. It is just "what if" thing. Raph and Leo are step brothers and the story focuses on those two as they deal with family drama. Subsequent to the battle of the turtles vs. Shredder, Leonardo gets captured. After being tortured and with little to eat or drink in a small cell, Shredder demands answers about Splinter and the turtles. With the little time that he has left before it is too late, he realizes the only way to survive is to escape. But how can he break out without the help of his brothers?
