Audrey Sullivan is not your average teenager. She is the Great Witch; the one witch who could use any and all magic. Her job is to make sure evil doesn't overrun the Realms. It doesn't help when she must remain neutral when it comes to certain affairs. But hey, she never said she didn't like a challenge.

Alethea Quinn, future Vampire Queen, showing up in her office hysterical is not something she had ever imagined. Vampires caused no harm, and in turn they let them solve inner realm problems themselves. It shocks her to here that the great Vampire Queen Jocelyn was after her head. Audrey does the only thing she can do, she takes Alethea under her wing and vows to protect her and gather evidence to charge Jocelyn with treason.

Things become complicated when the great Guardian Dimitri finds her, and drags them both to the Vampire Realm, mistaking Audrey for a Dhamphir teenager. Now the stakes are raised as Audrey is dragged into the Vampire world, and the assassinations are becoming an almost weekly thing. Not to forget the growing attraction for a certain green eyed God who has been charged with watching them both.

This was definitely a challenge.
