Stephanie Lawson, a university student trying to finish her architectural degree, has decided she wants to live. She plans on making the most of the two years she has remaining at school; after that, she's pulling out of the driveway and turning left, letting the road take her. As alluring as she is, she captures the interest of her university's new contracted electrician, the new sparky, a captivating young man with a thousand words in his eyes. There is a spark between them; a spark that creates an unexplainable liveliness in both of their lives. The Sparky wants a real relationship; something with meaning. Stephanie wants flame and exuberance; she wants to feel alive. Can this be possible together? Will the spark between these two spicy, headstrong individuals turn into passion or will it burn out?
