On a Blade of Mamora mission, Keith Kogane doesn't return. Days later the Paladin is confirmed to have died on the mission. Lance McClain, the Blue Paladin and good friend maybe even boyfriend of Keith is devistated when hearing such news. Lance doesn't handle the situation well, refusing to believe Keith was gone.... how will he recover?

They still have a bit of hope, but after 6 years that hope is dwindling. Earth is saved from the Galra, and the Paladins of Voltron are the heroes of the Galaxy Garrison, well all except for Keith. He'd been kicked out before the war, and they didn't want him back. He's alone again. Lance, Pidge, and Hunk are employed by the Garrison, Shiro leads missions off world, Allura and Coran are establishing a new world for the Alteans who'd survived, and the Blade don't need him. Keith works in a coffee shop and gets by the best he can, on the little money he earns. This story is loosely based on the paladins of Voltron. I have not watched all the seasons and have changed the backstory of some characters. I do not own any of the characters in this story, and I do not own any of the artwork.
