Sydney Anderson is the captain of the cheer team, a 18 year old senior at jerferson High school.
She's been the best stunt girl, the best dancer, and voted nicest person in the school.
There's a a rumor at her school that she's actually a robot because of how perfect people believe she is.
Until one day at cheer practice, she falls hits her head and hurts her knee.
Being knocked out she was rushed to the emergency room by her coach, Jennifer.
Sydney had a concussion and a torn muscle the needed immediate surgery.
Something goes wrong with Sydneys surgery and she ends up staying in the dreaded hospital longer than expected.
After three days of not being able to move other than with a wheelchair, she is told her favorite nurse, Sonny is retiring and she will get a new nurse and doctor transferring from another hospital across town.
She's hesitant at first until she lays eyes on Doctor Jackson.
24 year old Derek Jackson, the smartest in his graduating class and definitely the most handsome.
