Billie Joe is a drug addict. He can't help it. Addiction is a powerful thing. His wife left him. He's struggling with it and the authorities are threatening to take his baby daughter away. He tries his hardest to stop but can't and they take his daughter away from him. He is completely heart broken. Mike and Tre help him get back on his feet. 
 Years later, he is clean enough to search for his daughter. He finds her and she's half way across the country is a home with two very sweet, elderly couple who are very kind to her, but they both are dying. 

((Some of the drugs he uses in this, he has NOT used in real life from what I know.))
