There are secrets in our nation's capital and an old special ops general is about to break the golden rule, to tell what happens behind those thick stone walls, to tell that freedom comes with a price unknown to the public. A price the citizens may not be willing to pay if they new. David Peterson was pronounced to have Alzhiemer's and declared insane. Nearing the end of his days he has one last chance, a young nurse. Can she trust the words of this sick old man? What secrets can be so important that only death can break the seal?

Lifting up the handle of the door to lock it and getting ready to turn the key, the door was pushed open and she found herself on the floor of her kitchen and stood in her door way, a man who was panicked and out of breath "Fuck, I'm sorry I didn't expect anyone to be on the other side, are you ok?" He confessed and instinctively he held out his hand for her to grab hold onto. Without warning he fired the gun, and she felt the pain instantly and she fell to the floor gripping her side, and before it went black she watched as he turned the gun on himself and she passed out just as she heard the gun shoot one more time. A note from the author I hope you choose to read my story, and I hope to hear some feedback. I've always played around writing but I've never allowed anyone to read my stuff, so this is big for me.
